If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 10 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the service.
A Refund Request is required to send to our email (email@example.com ) with the following details:
- Gampanion name
- Order number
- Order details (Match/Hour and the unit price per Match/Hour)
- Service date and time
- Game title
- Reason for unsatisfactory service
- Proof of payment/purchase
Processing of Refunds
- Once we receive your Refund Request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request.
- GAMPANION will not process any Refund Request with incomplete details
- GAMPANION reserves the rights to withhold any refunds request based on the investigation with the Gampanion seller.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the situation with the Gampanion seller.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Bank account or E-wallet).
- The refund value will only be appropriated according to the final paid amount.
- You will receive the credit (Gampanion Coin) within 3-5 working days from the day when the refund request is approved, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
